Philosophy

The environment and nature influence our lives considerably, even if we forget this sometimes. When we seek energy-giving places, these are often characterised by greenery. It is proven that nature has a positive effect on spiritual and physical fitness, sustainably enhancing and maintaining performance.

We have made it our task to design and configure gardens and outdoor spaces in such a way as to promote a sense of well-being. Our gardens are intended to be places of retreat, in which balance is restored and energy is regained for the important things in life. The fact that this is possible lies in the nature of gardens themselves: They are good for the body and soul because they enable us to move in the fresh air and occupy ourselves with plants.

We are different to other planning offices because outdoor spaces are planned in accordance with holistic focal points. For us, holistic means working with the users as partners, in order to understand their wishes and perceive the location in its entirety. Our planning therefore fully reflects the specific wishes of the users. Sometimes an inviting pedestrian zone is created, sometimes it is a meeting space amongst the greenery for residents and passers-by, sometimes we design an outdoor space befitting of a town hall.

Material alternatives, planting recommendations, lighting concepts and much more besides are discussed in close coordination with the developers, and put down on paper within the framework of various planning stages. In doing so it is vital to look ahead. The investment in an outdoor space should not simply suffice for one season, but should bring delight for the long-term and grow with the evolving demands of the public customer.

Values such as honesty, fairness and consideration are important to us. We place store on sustainability and ecology. If possible, we recommend domestic products. When using imported products we wish to exclude child labour and social exploitation.
